  • Research

Interested in biodiversity patterns and their impact on functioning of ecosystems. Uses theoretical models for a better understanding of mechanisms that maintain biodiversity, affects its structure and its functioning, together with empirical methods and in laboratory (microcosms).

Research themes of the lab are:
  • Dynamics and functioning of metasystems
  • Role of biodiversity on functining of ecosystems
  • Impact of climate changes on the structure and functioning of ecological networks
  • Biodiversity, migration, and functioning of the maple grove to the limits of its distribution
  • Dynamics and forest management modelization
  • Multifunctionality of high diversity forestry planting
