Project
Climate-smart fisheries and marine spatial planning in the Gulf of St. LawrenceThe project focuses on marine spatial planning in the Gulf of St. Lawrence, using ecosystem-based and climate-informed approaches to support the development of Canada’s 30×30 marine conservation targets. It integrates ecological models, climate scenarios, and stakeholder knowledge to identify spatial management options that balance biodiversity conservation, fisheries, and other human activities.
