Projet

Pêches adaptées aux changements climatiques et planification spatiale marine dans le golfe du Saint-Laurent
Ce projet porte sur la planification spatiale marine dans le golfe du Saint-Laurent et s’appuie sur des approches écosystémiques et tenant compte des changements climatiques afin de soutenir la réalisation des objectifs du Canada visant à protéger 30 % de ses espaces marins d’ici 2030 (30 × 30). Il intègre des modèles écologiques, des scénarios climatiques et les connaissances des parties prenantes afin de déterminer des options de gestion spatiale permettant de concilier la conservation de la biodiversité, les activités de pêche et les autres activités humaines.
