Comparing stable isotopes and mercury concentrations of four sympatric seabird species from the Gulf of St LawrenceI compare nitrogen and carbon stable isotope and mercury concentrations in blood and feathers of the Atlantic puffin, razorbill, common murre, and black-legged kittiwake. In addition, I evaluate the relationship between stable isotopic signature and mercury concentration and determine the reasons for intra- and inter-specific variations in mercury levels and isotopes.
