Habitat use and oviposition of the European Common Blue in Quebec
The European Common Blue (Polyommatus icarus) is an introduced butterfly species established in Quebec. My MSc research attempts to define its niche parameters in its new range, specifically of the habitat used by the larvae. To this end, host plant selection and oviposition behavior has been studied.
