Project

Fine-scale tracking of the Northern Cardinal across an urban gradient in Montreal.
My Master's thesis will use radio tracking to gain knowledge on how the Northern Cardinal is using urban green spaces in Montreal. The birds will be captured and tagged at the McGill Bird Observatory. They will then be released at translocation sites with different levels of urbanization, and tracked during the entire winter period.
