Modeling environmental determinants of hive health
The environmental context is a major determinant for hive health. Hive management based on the results of our research could significantly reduce the high mortality rates of bee colonies (Apis mellifera), which have been growing in recent decades. The objective of our project is to model the main determinants of hive health by integrating climatic and environmental data with BeeTrack data from the company Nectar.
