Phytobiome diversity study by metagenomics among curbit in cover culture
The aim of this study is to focus on the diversity and dynamics process of the microbial community among cucurbit in cover culture vs plastic. 1- Study of space and time dynamics of microbial diversity of the cucurbit phyllosphere by 16S amplicon and metagenomics analysis. 2- Build a profile of microbial community by cell culture 3 - Assess genetic adaptation of microbial community by metagenomics approach 4 - Improve metagenomics analysis with chromosome capture sequencing (Hi-C seq)
