ResearchMy expertise is in geographic information systems (GIS) and their use on the Internet (web GIS); decision support systems; spatially referenced databases; massive data mining; web mapping; mobility; the Internet of Things (IoT); machine learning; and multi-source data fusion for decision support. The systems developed are used to support various geomatics applications: natural resources, geology, transportation and ecosystems.
