Biomarqueurs microbiens pour optimiser et suivre les thérapies à base de GDNF dans la maladie de Hirschsprung
Je travaille sur la découverte de biomarqueurs microbiens capables d’améliorer les soins pour la maladie de Hirschsprung (HSCR). À l’aide de modèles murins, j’explore comment le microbiome intestinal répond aux traitements à base de GDNF. Mon objectif est double : (1) identifier des profils microbiens qui prédisent les « répondeurs » et les « non-répondeurs » au GDNF afin d’éviter des traitements coûteux et d’orienter plus tôt vers la chirurgie lorsque nécessaire; (2) trouver des biomarqueurs diagnostiques partagés entre les sexes, détectables avant l’apparition des symptômes.
