Development of multivariate Bayesian Statistics methodology with application to Human Microbiome
Develop an analytical framework for testing the theory of meta-communities on human microbiomes using data from the Human Microbiome Project . This will require the development of a multidimensional Bayesian statistical analysis method adapted to the particularity of the data of the Human Microbiome Project and the theory of metacommunities.
