Growth, decay, behaviour, species interactions: nature is full of processes that are not straight lines. Ecologists often need to fit these kinds of models, while also including many other details about the design of their experiment or dataset.

The R package brms allows users to fit a wide variety of models flexibly. In this workshop we’ll start with a familiar linear model, before showing how to fit nonlinear models with a few examples from population and behavioural ecology.

Location and Registration

This workshop, offered by Andrew MacDonald, is held online and in person, at Concordia Library LB-205 (third floor of the library building). If you're interested in registering, click here!
