All invited speakers must register for the workshop and/or symposium using the online registration form in order to receive a name badge and program materials onsite.

Step 1: register through the online registration system for the workshop as invited ($0 registration fee).
Step 2: to attend the symposium (December 11 & 12, 2014), you need to register again under the category that applies to your situation.
