Understanding changes in amphibian community composition and parasite relationships under anthropogenic stressors of climate and land use: a study of 18 lake watersheds in southern Quebec
Leveraging eDNA (water, sediment and core) as well as acoustic and visual surveying, to understand how stressors of climate change, land use change and disease (e.g. chytrid fungus) impact the amphibian communities of Southern Quebec lakes.
