Influence of Soil Mineralogy on Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Carbon SequestrationMy research aims to understand how the physicochemical properties of soil surfaces influence the composition of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) communities and their role in carbon sequestration. By studying the interactions between AMF and soil adsorption surfaces, I seek to better understand how these fungi contribute to long-term carbon storage, with the goal of improving carbon cycle models and strategies to enhance carbon sequestration.
