Ecological and Evolutionary Responses to Environmental Variation in Coral Reefs
I study how environmental variation shapes the biodiversity and resilience of coral reef ecosystems. Using molecular tools and bioinformatics, including environmental DNA and whole genome sequencing, I investigate how reef species respond and adapt to climate change.
