Phylogenomics and Historical Biogeography of the Slipper Orchid Genus Cypripedium L. Using Target Enrichment Data
We used target capture sequence data to reconstruct the phylogeny of the slipper orchid genus Cypripedium. Based on the phylogeny, we assessed the gene tree discordance and its possible sources (e.g., rapid radiation, hybridization, gene duplications) and investigated the historical biogeography of the genus.
