Project

Odonate diet composition as a tool to understand ecological processes
I am working at the Khelifa lab in Concordia University on developing metabarcoding libraries of odonate feces in order to understand processes that promote insect diversity in stressful environments around Quebec. I am in charge of the standardization of genetic lab protocols for the construction of high throughput sequencing libraries and in the development of the bioinformatic pipeline that will analyze these datasets.
