Project

The effects of ecological uncertainty: what shapes neophobic responses in prey
I am conducting a combination of laboratory and field experiments in Trinidad to examine factors which shape neophobic predator avoidance in guppies. My project investigates the effects of predator guild composition, microhabitat variability and complexity, and types of information available to guppies.
