Perturbations of human gut microbiota by prophage induction of bacteriophages
While we know that the microorganisms in our gut have major implications on our health, from processing nutrients in our diets to developing diseases like IBD, there is still a lot to understand about each member’s role. We believe exploring the role of phages will help us understand the entire community. Understanding the biology behind this microbial ecosystem, is essential to addressing its role in our health and well-being.
