The project will be oriented more specifically on the analysis of the structures of the mycorrhizal fungi associated with soybean roots and corn in rotation in Quebec. The PCR amplicons targeting the fungal 18S rDNA will be made to study changes in the structure of mycorrhizal fungal communities
