Climate change and phenology of vascular plants in the Arctic: An historical analysis
My current research examines the flowering times of plants from Bylot Island and neighboring regions (Pond Inlet, Arctic Bay). I am reconstructing the flowering history of these species using herbarium specimens and photographs collected from 1904 to the present to examine whether the flowering times have responded to warming temperatures over the last century.
