Recherche

Mes intérêts de recherche se situent à l'intersection de la bioinformatique, de l'informatique et du calcul humain. Je m'intéresse à comment les humains résolvent les problèmes, comment trouver une synergie human-machine, et comment les jeux sérieux peuvent aider les humains. La majorité de mes travaux portent sur des données de structure d'ARN et/ou du microbiome humain.
