3D atlas of chicken embryo limbsMy research focuses on understanding chick limb development through histological, fluorescence, and 3D imaging techniques. I analyze how different preparation and tools affect imaging quality, optimizing protocols for structural and molecular studies. By constructing a 3D atlas of limb development, I map skeletal elements, vasculature, nerves, and muscles using histology, CT scanning, light sheet microscopy and structured light imaging Additionally, I investigate how spatial alterations, and epigenetic factors influence skeletal patterning by examining mesenchymal condensations, boundary formations, and key signaling pathways like Shh and FGF8
