Recherche

Les recherches de la professeure Nadia Tahiri portent sur l’établissement de bases mathématiques et statistiques solides pour traiter la problématique complexe de la classification et du regroupement des arbres phylogénétiques. Elle se consacre également au développement d’une plateforme libre et ouverte destinée aux biologistes, leur permettant d’appliquer ces méthodes de pointe. Ses travaux incluent la définition de nouveaux critères d’optimisation pour la construction de multiples consensus alternatifs et superarbres à l’aide d’algorithmes de regroupement et de mesures clés appliquées aux arbres phylogénétiques.
