Research on ecosystem goods and services is quickly developing around the world; from their characterization to the assessment of their economic evaluation. By bringing together in Quebec the majority of researchers associated with this topic, this symposium aim is to give an overview and to identify areas for further research, when biodiversity has become a central issue of sustainable development.
