Cancellations received at least 1 week before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fee. 

No refunds will be made if you cancel less than a week from the start of the workshop or if you do not attend the workshop. Refunds are made on the credit card used for the registration. All cancellations, refund requests or any other questions should be sent by e-mail: info@qcbs.ca
