Through its excellence awards program, the QCBS recognizes, supports, and encourages the research of outstanding and promising students in biodiversity science. The excellence awards provide students and post doctoral fellows with funding to support training sessions in the lab or field, participation in training workshops or courses, and travel to national and international conferences and symposia to present their research.
